Professional Commitment and Accomplishment:
- Has demonstrated leadership qualities in his/her personal and/or professional life, and who is recognized locally, regionally or nationally within the organization or the industry
- Has made a significant and sustained impact on the success of his/her organization
- Is recognized as a role model and mentor to people at all stages in their insurance career
Industry Contribution:
- Gives back to the industry
- Is active in the Institute(s) or other industry organizations
- Is a leader in the industry
