- Is a role model, advisor, mentor demonstrating his/her ability to positively influence people
- Has demonstrated the ability to cultivate new leaders within his/her organization and community
- Makes a positive difference to his/her company, community, and the industry
- Is respected and admired; a person of high personal integrity
Professional Commitment and Accomplishment:
- Has demonstrated leadership qualities in his/her personal and/or professional life, and who is seen as an emerging leader at the local, regional, or national level within his/her organization or industry
- Has demonstrated initiative and successes in the implementation of program/s that have benefited the organization
- Provides an excellent role model to those starting out in their insurance career
Industry Contribution:
- Gives back to the industry
- Is active in the Institute(s) or other industry organizations
- Has the potential to contribute as a leader in the industry
Community Engagement:
- Gives back to the community where they live in either a leadership or general capacity
