The CIP
Society offers members the Advantage of information in three formats:
- ADVANTAGE Daily: the news in brief provides a daily dose of industry news from around the world with your morning coffee;
- ADVANTAGE Monthly: emerging trends and issues papers give in-depth insight into the issues of today and are housed in a ‘hot topics’ library; and
- ADVANTAGE Quarterly: the pulse of the industry is the member newsletter that keeps you up-to-date on the Society, the people and the profession.
As well, the Society offers members valuable time savers in reference materials and readily available links:
- Text Link makes current texts available at your fingertips. For those who are long-standing graduates, you may find the textbooks helpful refreshers. For those members who graduated before the CIP program redevelopment in 2005, you may find the texts for the applied professional courses for brokers, underwriters and claims adjusters insightful reading.
- Legal Links helps you source legal updates and information from insurance law firms across the country. Many offer free newsletters on legal decisions and case law that may be of interest to many members.
